Investigating - Please be advised that our sFTP site is experiencing an unexpected intermittent disruption to service. Organizations using Clinical Dispatcher or Notify via API may experience disruption when attempting to upload patient rosters to the sFTP site. We are currently working with our technology vendor, Health Catalyst, to investigate this incident.

Please note that we are treating this as a high-priority issue and will be providing updates as we receive them. We apologize for any inconvenience that this service interruption may cause.

Scheduled - On October 26th our IT vendor, Health Catalyst, will be conducting regular monthly maintenance to the CliniSync production environment for 6 hours. The anticipated scope of this maintenance to each live solution is listed below.
