On March 24th, 2020, our technology vendor, HCI, will be restarting the firewalls in their Denver Data Center as a part of standard maintenance. During this time, clients may experience an interruption in connection to the Community Health Record (CHR), Notify and may see a delay in delivery of results while the firewalls reboot. HCI anticipates a reboot period of 30 minutes.
