CliniSync - Notify Maintenance Oct 6, 2026 06:30-07:00 EDT

On October 6th, CliniSync's vendor, Health Catalyst, will be conducting a maintenance release to the Notify production environment starting at 6:30AM EST. This release includes multiple performance improvements.

This deployment will require a brief downtime during which users will not be able to log into Notify.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Scheduled - On September 20th, our IT vendor, Health Catalyst, will be conducting regular monthly maintenance to the CliniSync production environment for 6 hours. The anticipated scope of this maintenance to each live solution is listed below.

Community Health Record (CHR): CHR will lose connection for the duration of the maintenance window.

Notify: Notify will lose connection for the duration of the maintenance window. Users may also see a delay of notifications.

Continuity of Care Document (CCD Contribution): CCDs will be unable to be contributed for the duration of the maintenance window.

Continuity of Care Document (CCD Query): CCDs will be unable to be queried for the duration of the maintenance window.

Clinical Dispatcher: Clinical Dispatcher will lose connection for the duration of the maintenance window. Users may also see a delay of notifications.

Data Mart: Data will be delayed for the duration of the maintenance window.

Inbound/Outbound Connectivity: Connection will be lost for the duration of the maintenance window.

Investigating - The Community Health Record (CHR) application is currently experiencing an unexpected interruption to service and users may experience errors when navigating through the web portal. We are currently working with our technology vendor, Health Catalyst, to investigate this incident.
