The Community Health Record (CHR) application is currently experiencing an unexpected interruption to service and users may experience errors when navigating through the web portal. At this time, clients may also experience an unexpected disruption to service when querying or publishing continuity of care documents through CliniSync.
We are currently working with our technology vendor, HCI, to investigate this incident.
