On Friday, December 4th, CliniSync’s technology vendor, HCI, will be conducting maintenance to the CliniSync environment for 2 hours. The anticipated scope of this maintenance to each live solution is listed below.
Start Date: 12/4/2020 Time: 5:00PM – 7:00PM EST
Community Health Record (CHR): Users may experience intermittent errors for the duration the maintenance window
Notify: Users will likely experience a delay of notifications during the maintenance window
Community Hub: Users may experience intermittent errors for the duration the maintenance window
Clinical Dispatcher: Users will likely experience a delay of notifications during the maintenance window
DataMart: No anticipated impact
Inbound/Outbound Connectivity: Results will be delayed for the duration of the maintenance window
