On 02/13/20 our IT vendor, HCI, will be conducting emergency maintenance to our production environment for 2 hours to ensure a successful backup of data. HCI will be restarting a SQL server which will result in brief errors for select services. The anticipated scope of this maintenance to each live solution is listed below.
