Hello,
On September 10th, our IT vendor will be conducting maintenance to the CliniSync production environment for two hours. The anticipated scope of this maintenance to each live solution is listed below.
Start Date: 09/10/2021 Time: 5:00PM - 7:00PM EST
Community Health Record (CHR): CHR will be available but users will see a delay of new information.
Notify: Users will see a delay of notifications.
Community Hub (CCD Contribution & Query): No impact.
Clinical Dispatcher: Users will see a delay of notifications.
DataMart: No impact.
Inbound/Outbound Connectivity: Inbound data will be delayed.
