On March 7th, our IT vendor will be conducting database maintenance to the CliniSync environment. No downtime is expected. However, users may see a delay of data for the duration of the maintenance.
The anticipated scope of this maintenance is listed below.
Start Date: 3/7/24 Time: 10:00PM - 11:00PM EST
As a result: - Results and notifications/alerts may be delayed - Information may be missing from the Community Health Record (CHR) - Records may be unable to be queried - HL7 messages may begin to queue in your interface engine
