CliniSync's technology vendor will be conducting a brief maintenance to the Community Hub (CCD Contribution & Query) on Friday, May 5th, at 5:00PM EST to improve server performance.

During this maintenance window, there will be a brief disconnect to the Community Hub service and documents will not be viewable Community Health Record (CHR).
