CliniSync’s technology partner who provides HISP services, Health Catalyst experienced an unexpected issue Saturday, February 24, 2024 - Wednesday, February 28, 2024. This issue resulted in failures of both DirectTrust messages and message disposition notifications (MDNs).

We have asked Health Catalyst to begin replaying these messages and MDNs beginning the evening of Friday, March 1st beginning at 5:00PM EST. The process is expected to complete in a couple of hours.

It is possible in some cases the replay may results in a duplicate message or MDN.
