On Friday, September 25, our IT vendor, HCI, will be conducting a controlled fail-over test for two database servers. During this testing period, users may experience brief processing delays in CliniSync applications and as well as a small delay of data delivery. The anticipated scope of this maintenance to each live solution is listed below.
Start Date: 09.25.2020 Time: 5:00PM-7:00PM EST
Community Health Record (CHR): Users may experience intermittent errors duration the maintenance window.
Notify: Users may see a delay of notifications.
Community Hub: Users may experience intermittent errors duration the maintenance window.
