On February 19th, our IT vendor will be conducting an additional maintenance to the CliniSync network environment. As a result, there will be a 60 minute downtime.
We have been making several enhancements in the backend and tonight we are putting in place an additional enhancement that we believe will allow us to take the final steps in coming week to finalize that work.
The anticipated scope of this maintenance is listed below.
Start Date: 02/19/24 Time: 5:30PM EST - 6:30PM EST
Community Health Record (CHR): CHR will lose connection for the duration of the maintenance window.
Notify: Notify will lose connection for the duration of the maintenance window. Users may also see a delay of notifications.
Continuity of Care Document (CCD Contribution): CCDs will be unable to be contributed for the duration of the maintenance window.
Continuity of Care Document (CCD Query): CCDs will be unable to be queried for the duration of the maintenance window.
