Hello,

On January 15th, our IT vendor will be conducting routine engine maintenance to the CliniSync production environment for two hour. The anticipated scope of this maintenance to each live solution is listed below.

Start Date: 01/15/2022
Time: 5:00PM - 7:00PM EST

As a result of this maintenance:
- Results and notifications/alerts will be delayed
- New information may be missing from the Community Health Record (CHR) application
- HL7 messages may begin to queue in your interface engine
